Challenge
A UI/UX test assignment. Most banking apps are statements: they show what has already happened. A person sees €12,840 and feels rich – until the rent is due.
Avero acts as an interpreter: every screen starts with a conclusion, and the raw data stays one tap away.
Key decisions
- Safe to spend
One calculated number – balance minus upcoming bills, scheduled transfers and a reserve – shown before the total balance, with the formula visible.
- Money radar
Subscriptions, price changes, duplicate charges and anomalies surface in a “Needs your attention” block.
- Card shield
A real-time “Was this you?” check and one-tap card freeze.
- Mobile is re-prioritised, not shrunk
Five sections on every device, but the order and density of information adapt to the context.
- Motion confirms, it doesn’t decorate
Every animation responds to an action: a transfer, a card freeze, expanding details.
